Perhaps no player on the Steelers roster has been more active this offseason than quarterback Russell Wilson.
Wilson, who was added to the team on March 15th, has been relentless in his off-season training, releasing videos on various social media platforms. As of late, the only player included in his workouts has been running back Najee Harris, who has been equally busy in his own right.
Wilson's most recent Instagram post shows him training at UCLA alongside Harris and teammate Aaron Shampklin. With training camp just over a week away, both appear to be diligently working to develop the chemistry that will help them succeed this season.
In addition to Harris, Wilson has been practicing with newly signed receiver Scotty Miller and former Seahawks teammate D.K. Metcalf. When his time is not on the field, he's been working out at the boxing gym with legendary coaches Freddy Roach and Marvin Somodino. As of now, Wilson's workout schedule has no bounds as he attempts to prove his naysayers wrong and help the Steelers win big this season.
