The world-renowned streaming site Netflix, in partnership with the NFL, will be making its official debut on Christmas Day. The first of their doubleheaders will feature the Pittsburgh Steelers facing the defending Super Bowl Champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, at 1 p.m. at Acrisure Stadium. This event will mark the time when Netflix will be streaming a live NFL game.
For the Steelers, Christmas Day games have been favorable to them in recent times. Their most memorable one came in 2016, when they took down the Baltimore Ravens in dramatic fashion, 31-27, to win the AFC North. The following year, they defeated the Houston Texans on the road by a score of 34-6.
Regretfully, the Steelers have struggled mightily against Patrick Mahomes and company lately. The team has a 0-3 record versus the Chiefs since the 2018 season, which includes a 42-21 playoff loss. Their most recent victory over them was at Arrowhead Stadium on October 15, 2017, with a score of 19–13.
