Weaknesses:

Although not frequently observed, Ravel Jr. occasionally exhibits a tendency to be slightly flat-footed, which can at times impact his ability to anticipate plays and make effective moves on the ball. To his credit, he has made notable efforts to address this shortcoming; however, further improvement is still required.

With regard to coverage, Ravel Jr. primarily operated in zone coverage during his collegiate career, raising questions about his adaptability to man-press coverage. While he possesses both the foot speed and physicality necessary to excel in this area, the limited number of repetitions he has had in such scenarios leaves some uncertainty.

As a long and lean cornerback, his slender frame may pose challenges when matched against larger, more physical receivers in man-press coverage. While it is reasonable to assume that he will eventually grow into his 6'2"+ frame, in the short term, this could present a potential disadvantage in certain matchups.
