Steelers Camp Day 12 Recap
Harris Continues To Perform At A High Level
At this point, we have lost track of how many touchdowns running back Najee Harris has scored since the first day of Steelers training camp. We know he's been one of their most consistent performers. During the "seven shots" section, he ran for another touchdown. During the team drills, he was able to break long runs and demonstrate his improved vision and quickness.
Pickens Doing Alien Things
At this point, we shouldn't be surprised whenever receiver George Pickens does something spectacular, as it seems to be routine for him. Today, it was a one-handed grab that got everyone's attention.
Freiermuth Continues To Make Plays
Aside from Pickens, tight end Pat Freiermuth has been one of Justin Fields' most consistent targets at this year's training camp. From what we've seen, Freiermuth is poised for a big season under Arthur Smith's new offensive. In today's session, he made an impressive reception during one of the team sessions.
